Private 1:1 Coaching
By Design
I work 1:1 with a limited number of clients at a time. Before committing to ongoing coaching, all new clients begin with a discounted introductory session to ensure alignment, clarity, and momentum on both sides.
This isn’t a sales call.
And it’s not a one-off “pick my brain” session either.
The Intro Coaching Session is a focused, high-signal working session where we:
-
Clarify what you actually need right now
-
Identify whether 1:1 coaching is the right container for you
-
Determine if continued work together makes sense
-
Map the next right move, regardless of what you decide
If we’re aligned, you’ll be invited to continue into a multi-session coaching package.
If not, you’ll leave with clarity and direction, without pressure to move forward.
This structure protects:
-
your time
-
my time
-
and the quality of the work
Which is exactly how meaningful coaching should start.
1:1 sessions are best for established professionals who want strategic clarity, not surface-level advice .The Intro Session is discounted, requires no long-term commitment, and is the only way to begin private coaching.
What Working Together Looks Like
Private coaching is where we slow things down just enough to make better decisions.
Instead of chasing more tactics, we focus on:
-
what’s actually creating momentum
-
what’s quietly holding you back
-
and what no longer deserves your time or energy
This work is strategic, conversational, and adaptive. It evolves as your priorities evolve.
Some sessions are about sharpening direction. Others are about pressure-testing decisions before you make them.
Many are about identifying which opportunities are worth saying yes to—and which aren’t.
There’s no rigid curriculum.
No pre-written agenda.
We work with what’s real, current, and consequential.
Who This Is Best For
Private coaching is best suited for established professionals who:
-
already have experience, not just questions
-
value clarity over constant content
-
want discernment, not just direction
If you’re looking for surface-level advice or step-by-step instructions, this won’t be the right container.
If you’re looking for perspective, positioning, and confident decision-making, it usually is.
How Clients Typically Continue
After the Intro Session, clients who continue typically choose a short, focused coaching intensive designed to create momentum without unnecessary drag.
Longer partnerships are offered selectively when extended proximity would meaningfully improve outcomes.
There’s no pressure to commit.
Just a clear next step, if it makes sense.

Private coaching is advisory in nature. Results vary based on individual implementation, context, and decision-making. Coaching does not replace professional, legal, or financial advice.
