What 750+ Agent Comments Taught Us About Learning AI

2 min read

Every week I read what agents and brokers write after a training: chat questions, form answers, emails. After 750+ of them, the same five patterns keep showing up, and each one tells me what a good real estate AI training needs.

1 The first hour feels like too much

New users say it is overwhelming, and the questions are small ones. Where is that tab? Why does my screen look different from yours? A setup checklist sent before class and one screen at a time fixes most of it.

2 Agents want a system to leave with

The requests read like "leave with a set up system." A tour of features does not give them that. Ending every session with a finished piece does: a saved prompt, a skill, a template they made themselves.

3 Does this fit my market is the loudest objection

This is the largest group of objections we collected. Luxury agents, new construction teams, land specialists, and boutique brokerages all say a version of it. Niche versions of every example keep them in the room.

4 No time is real

Agents tell us they are behind on content they already pay for. The answer is a ten minute version of every workflow and a lighter cadence for people who can only do one thing a month.

5 Brokers want training for mixed rooms

Team leaders ask for sessions that work for new and seasoned agents together, usually around Instagram lead generation, Canva, and turning reels into leads. Splitting the room by experience, then giving each agent their own plan, gets everyone moving.

Bring this to your team

I build every training around these five patterns. If you lead a brokerage or team in Dallas, Fort Worth, or anywhere virtual and want a session built around what your agents actually ask for, reach out at info@thesimpletouches.com.
